Each product is made-to-order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, size, or color preference.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@woatome.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll review your case and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging when a replacement is approved.

Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Once an order has gone into production, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier.
Unexpected delays caused by customs, natural events, or carrier issues are outside of our control.

We do not store payment details. All transactions are securely processed through our payment providers (Squarespace Payments, Stripe, or PayPal).
Customer information (name, address, email) is used only to process and deliver your order.
We do not sell or trade personal data.
